I was forced to withdraw from the 2013 Trampoline and Tumbling World Championships due to injury. I will have to leave the spectators and judges with this final performance from the 2013 Loule World Cup. I am well on my way to recovery and I will be strong and healthy for next year. Can’t wait to be back on the trampoline!

Miller ++ is a double back flip in the straight position with 5 full twists. There are only a handful of people in the world who can do it, and it has never been competed in a FIG (Federation of International Gymnastics) sanctioned event. This skill is on my “to-do” list for the year, and the first person to compete it gets to name it. Any name suggestions out there?

So now that I’m back to 100% health and training regularly, I’ve come up with some new routines for the 2013 competitive season. Training wouldn’t be the same without great team mates!
