Jason Burnett Qualifies in Men’s Trampoline
Jason Burnett finished fourth in the men’s trampoline event at the final Olympic Qualifier in London, first among those still looking to earn a berth for the London 2012 Olympics.
Burnett, who has been comming back from an injury, gave a safe performance, earning a final score of 58.075.
“My voluntary performance was very controlled and stable; the compulsory was very shaky to start with. Before the event, I was quite nervous as it was my last chance to qualify,” said Burnett.
“Absolutely, I can make improvements all around. As I have been injured I have only been training 70% to 80%, so for the summer I will be training at 100%, improving my height and form,” said Burnett.
